It is now officially 2 more days until the professionals come and take over the house. *whew*
Which means, I need to pack my suitcase, sort my documents, get ready the stuff for air freight and decide what I am throwing away/giving away.
Those who have kindly offered to take in my worldly possessions, thanks a million. I still don't know how to fit the inflatable whale into the suitcase. I shall definitely fit the bikini in!
In anticipation of a swimming pool.
The hotel we are staying in is approximately 15 minutes walk to KLCC. The ensuing conversation went some how off tangent:
Brother 1: 'The hotel is only 400m away, we can walk to KLCC.'
Me: 'Who walks to KLCC?'
Brother 1: ' We do!' *slightly too enthusiastically*
Me: ' Only gullible tourists walk to KLCC. We'll look like tourists, and the Malaysians driving by will laugh at us.'
Brother 1: *thinks a while* ' I think we can pass for Taiwanese tourists.'
Me: *Death Stare*
On the lighter note, Harry Potter was good. Yes, I got a copy, and yes, it only cost me £5. Go me! They have run out of £5 copies though, which sucks. It took me 6 hours to get through the book. I was impressed, but the sadistic tendencies in me were not too pleased.
Oh, I will be heading to Glasgow on Tuesday to escape packing meet some interesting person. He is going to cycle home from US of A to Malaysia. I personally think its a bid to show off that he can cycle and I can't, but since he is going to do it for charity, I guess it doesn't do anyone any harm. Besides the fact that his fertility may be compromised... Haha...
